Mini Love Cake (collection 14th of February)
Show someone a little bit of love with this delicious pistachio cake, filled with raspberry jam and iced with a rose plant powered cream.
Your cake will be decorated with a selection of edible dried petals, fruits and leaves.
Vegan & gluten free (contains nuts).

Ingredients: Aquafaba, apple, gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), ground almonds pistachios, raw cane sugar, vanilla, lemon, vegan butter (shea butter, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, carrot juice, emulsifier, lemon juice) , golden icing sugar, rose, raspberry
Size: This cake is a double layer (approximately 3” deep) and 4” in diameter. We’d recommend cutting it into 4 slices.
Decoration: Each cake is decorated with an individual selection of dried edible petals & leaves. Locally grown edible flowers and herbs are also used when in season.
Storage: Cakes are best eaten within 3 days and kept in a cool, dry place. Fresh flowers used to decorate may start to wilt after 24 hours but can be preserved for a little longer in the fridge.
Collection: Cakes are made to order and will usually be available to collect within 48 hrs of placing your order from Tuesday to Saturday. (Please note that no orders are prepared or dispatched on Sunday or Monday).
