Ingredients

Most Baked by Beth cakes are made with vegan, gluten and refined sugar free ingredients of the highest quality, (often organic). As many wholefoods are used as possible to make each cake, brownie & bar full of naturally nourishing things. To find out exactly what’s in your plant based treat then you can find all ingredients listed for each item in the online shop. Please note that most items contain nuts and although great care is taken, they may contain traces of other allergens.

Decoration

Each cake, brownie & bar is different and that’s the beauty of it. It depends what season it is, what’s growing in the garden and which flowers have been preserved in the winter months by pressing and drying. You’ll find swirls of cashew cream and a scattering of petals. Edible flowers are available from April to November to add to your cake order so please select from the online shop. All of the fresh flowers used are grown organically in Stroud.

Storage & Shelf Life

Each cake is individually baked & decorated to order. Brownies & bars are prepared by hand in small batches. All items are best eaten within 3 days of receiving them and kept cool and dry. You can keep them in the fridge to preserve for up to 7 days in an airtight container. Please note that fresh edible flowers on cakes may start to wilt after 24 hours but will also last longer if chilled.

Portions

Baked cakes are a double layer and cheesecakes are a single layer. They come in a selection of sizes as follows:

4” mini cake, 2-4 portions £16/19 (cheesecake/baked cake)

6'' small cake, 8-10 portions    £35

8'' medium cake, up to 12-15 portions £45

10'' large cake, 16-20 portions     £60

Collection

Your treats will usually be available to collect within 48 hrs of placing your order from Tuesday to Saturday.

(Please note that orders can’t be collected on Sundays or Mondays).
